 We believe in building home grown talent. As part of its mission South Central AHEC helps hundreds of students from elementary school-aged children to college students learn more about careers in health care through activities and sponsored projects.
These activities include tours where high school students visit UTHSCSA and other local health facilities to learn more about career opportunities in health care by participating in dynamic hands-on activities.
